A 3 in 1 Credit Report may not contain all the information you really need. The 3 in 1 Credit reports are vague and will not allow you to see all the specifics of your credit information. The credit agencies (TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax) combine their individual reports into one and leave out much of the important details in doing so. One credit report is given free annually and therefore the credit reporting agencies jointly encourage customers to obtain all the details in that single report. This actually leaves you with less information than you need, albeit that it may sound good on paper.

Credit Rating Agency

The credit rating agencies rate your credit by looking into your debt obligations in which you are and have been previously bound to. The rating in which they assign to your name will determine your interest rate on all future credit lines, and represents how much credit you will be allowed based on how efficiently you repay your debts.

Disadvantages of 3 in 1 credit reporting

When you opt for a 3 in 1 credit report, you are sacrificing the organized information that comes with individual credit reports. Instead of having each different report to look at, you will receive a three bureau credit report that merges all of the information into one page. This means that you won’t have all of the specifics from each credit report that you would need in order to facilitate credit repair.

Why are 3 in 1 credit reports available?

It seems like a good plan in ideal, but fails in real life application. The idea behind the merged report was that it would make processing the information easier for people. Instead of having to look at three different reports, people would be able to get a credit score snapshot just by looking at their combined report. Your credit is not something that you should be looking to shortcut, though. You want all of the information, so that you start rebuilding your credit.

What is my alternative?

Yes. Although, you may feel bullied into accepting a 3 in 1 report, you can access single reports. You can, of course, opt to obtain a credit report from each of the major credit bureaus. By looking at each report separately, you will be accessing all details of your credit. It will then be possible to pinpoint errors that could be affecting your credit score, and then take measures to have those errors corrected. It’s important to know where to concentrate your efforts as each agency assigns a different credit score.

Obtaining your free credit report each year can only help you, so don’t delay. You should personally have access to and file all of your own documentation. Remember that your information will be more useful to you in individual, single reports. You can’t improve your credit if you don’t know what to improve, so get your credit reports, read over them, and start fixing your misdoings.

Keeping Everything In Place With Your Home Business

If you spend a lot of time on the computer, or make a living on it, you must keep it organized. I compare it to a clean car inside and out. It’s work to keep it clean everyday, but knowing where your stuff is at, is a great feeling.

How many times have you gone to an internet account that require you to login? You end up at a website that you may not have been to in months, and now it wants your case sensitive user name and password. After a few login attempts, you get locked out from signing up for 24 hours.

You swear to yourself that you wrote it down somewhere and you proceed to look through a pile of papers near your computer. After about ten minutes of that you give up. You start opening drawers when you finally realize that information is long gone.

You have no choice now but to re-open a new account and go through the whole process again. You get an email confirmation telling you that your new account should be active within a day or two. You almost take a hammer to your computer and start smashing it into a million pieces.

I managed to repeat this mistake for years until I finally made a change for the better. It’s hard to change when you do things a certain way forever. But, if you force yourself to be aware, you will never have this problem again.

I finally came up with the bright idea to make a word file on my computer. I call it “passwords”. I put this file on the bottom left of my desktop screen so I can always find it. It works like a charm.

I finally came up with the bright idea to make a word file on my computer. I call it “passwords”. I put this file on the bottom left of my desktop screen so I can always find it. It works like a charm.

I then take user/pass data and the web address, and I copy it into my file. It has gotten pretty large over the days, but everything I need is in one place. It is a great feeling.

I am a creature of habit when it comes to these things now, so I try to have the same username and password as much as possible. They say you shouldn’t do that, but most of the accounts I make aren’t exactly an issue of national security.

The website accounts I use most are usually the ones that force a user name on me. How ironic? It’s kind of like juggling. You can usually remember some of the logins for the sites you are on a lot, but it’s those occasional logins that can really throw you off.

Use this idea and you will notice that you can breathe easier. There is nothing more frustrating than wasting time searching for something you lost. If multiple people use your computer, then consider password protecting that file. Just don’t forget that password. LOL

Renting a Menorca Holiday Villa - What you should know

The Island of Menorca is the furthest east of the Balearic Islands, which are located off the coast of Spain. Certainly, for families the many Menorca holiday homes are ideal if you are looking to get away and relax. Many of these homes are in fact located close to some of the least crowded and most un-spoilt beaches in this part of Europe.

Along with spending time on the beaches soaking up the sun during your stay there are plenty of activities to keep one occupied. However, this is not the ideal location to visit if you are looking for a holiday that is full of sightseeing activities. This is more a holiday for those who just want to relax and unwind and forget about things back home for a while.

However, there are certain attractions that you and your family members may enjoy visiting whilst staying on the island. Below we take a look at just what some of the main attractions being offered on the Island of Menorca.

1. Xoriguer Distillery - This particular attraction is located on the harbor front of the town of Mahon (Menorca’s Capital) and is a place that the adults will enjoy. Spend time wandering through the facility on one of the guided tours and then sampling a few of the products, which are made there including Menorca gin at the end.

2. Cales Coves - These are located seven miles from Mahon and can be easily reached on one of the many buses that head out towards them. Here you have the chance to explore these ancient burial chambers either with a tour guide or on your own but you will need to take a flashlight with you.

3. ES Freginal Park - This Park is located in the very heart of Menorca’s capital and provides you with plenty of space to just sit down and relax on a beautiful summer’s afternoon. Also, it is here in the summer that the annual Jazz Festival takes place on the stage situated in it.

4. Los Delfines Aquapark - However, if you want the family to have a fun packed day together then a visit to this attraction is a must. Situated in 12,500 square metres of land this park offers a number of different water-based activities that the whole family can enjoy. Along with Adventure River, Hydrotubes and Giant Toboggan for those who are a little braver than the rest they could have a go on the Black Hole.

Above we have looked at the main attractions that can be found on this island and which have been enjoyed by those who have already spent time there. When it comes to booking your Menorca holiday homes vacation it is a good idea to try to book as far in advance of your dates as possible, to ensure you get exactly what you want.
